Just had an MRI of my pancreas. Doc was doing a general ultrasound this monday (turns out I've got a fatty liver), and saw a shadow on my pancreas, so best to get it checked out.

Fingers crossed for you, hope all OK.
Fatty liver is very common, tbh. It's all the sugar in everything nowadays.
I had cataract done in both eyes plus YAG treatment. I have never had such good eyesight even as a kid, even colours are more vivid.
I had mine done in 2020. I'd worn glasses for 44 years. Now I use reading glasses occasionally. The colours are more vivid and everything seems brighter. Only issue is at night with some starbursts etc. No YAG though.

I had one of mine done a couple of years back. The long distance vision clarity improved but not the brightness or colours. Then in the last year I got PVD where the vitreous partially detaches from the retina, so you have this enormous floater constantly floating into and blurring your vision. It's reasonably common among older people but can be brought on by stress like cataract surgery. There's no treatment and apparently the brain eventually "gets used to it"
