    What?! The toothless, tattooed, meatheads round here wouldn't have a clue how to carry a ladder, never mind climb one. Despite their love for getting involved in anything remotely racist, this would be seen as the slippery slope into actual work.

        Where I live down south London way I havent seen any. Was back home in my hometown further up north a few weekends back and they were everywhere

          I read somewhere that a flag made of fabric on a flagpole looks quite noble (okay not all of them, ref Germany 1930s), but a load of them on every lamp post just looks like a massive council estate.
