Batteries for moral purposes. I have noticed that manufactures, in particular Duracell and Energizer have reduced the power output of the AA & AAA batteries to such an extent that they will no-longer power my devices after two or three uses (such as blood pressure monitors and suchlike). I have resorted to buying Lithium only. My point is, don’t throw away equipment thinking it’s faulty when in fact it down to poor quality batteries.

Sounds like dodgy batteries - I used a BP monitor daily for three months and never had to change them. Bog standard ten a penny Amazon ones too.Comment
