Infowars was set up and run by Alex Jones. It promoted conspiracy theories. Including that the Sandy Hill massacre was staged, and the mourning parents were actors.
They sued and won. They're lawyer said that speech is free, but you have to pay for lies.
As part of the court judgement, Alex Jones was bankrupted and his Infowars business was put up for sale. The satirical website, The Onion, has bought it, with the full approval of the bereaved parents.

The Judge has put the sale to the Onion on hold pending review. The Onion may still win the auction or some one else could get it.
Alex Jones is a right wing legend, freaking hilarious.
Alex helped Trump get elected in 2016 and the left have been after him ever since. And got left wing judges and lawyers to bankrupt him he owes $1.5 billion for slandering the victims of sandy hook 12 years ago (took to court for a 10 year old case after he helped Trump win).
Alex predicted Bin laden will do 9/11 in July 2001 using air liners against the WTC, 3 months before it actually happened.
