And every year - in fact every week/month rockets get fired into israel from Gaza for many years and do not get reported.
If the Gazan people/Govt had said lets recognise Israel and make peace they would living happily side by side and have billions of pounds of aid to develop their infrastructure. Instead they take the aid and build an underground terrorist infrastructure, teach their kids to kill Jews, celebrate death and kill any non-believers.
Israel's military activities in Gaza have been to protect their country against a terrorist organisation who want to kill everyone who doesn't believe in the same ethos as them and whos objective is to commit genocide in Israel. The Palestinians have been offered deals that met their requirements by Clinton and Bush as Israel want security and peace. But Hamas have never accepted these. Jews have left countries across the Middle East
"Until the 1960s, approximately one million Jews lived in Iran and other Arab countries having arrived in the region more than 2,000 years before. Nowadays, it is estimated that only around 15,000 remain, as the majority of the Jewish population in Muslim lands were forced to flee their homes in the years following the establishment of the State of Israel. This mass expulsion and exodus is part of modern history, but inexplicably, it’s neither taught at schools nor remembered within the context of the conflicts in the Middle East.
For over 2,500 years, Jews lived continuously in North Africa, the Middle East and the Gulf region the first Jewish population had already settled there at least 1,000 years before the advent of Islam"
In Israel Muslims / Arabs serve in the army, can be elected to parliament and work there no problem.
A timeline as per the above that you shared is in my opinion showing an unbalanced perspective and not representative in any way at all.
