I started looking at that survey and gave up as I was annoyed by being forced to select one option when multiple apply (especially with the way some of the questions are written) and the 1 - 10 ratings doesn't state which end of the scale is good and which is bad.

I'm a bit mischievous as well. "How do you care for your personal data?" - easy, I don't fill in surveys.

I've a dyslexic mate who went for an interview once.
when asked to fill in the questionaire, he went out and kicked sh1t out of the doorman!!
