I remember getting a leaflet through the door during the AV referendum with a picture of a baby in hospital linked up to loads of tubes. Apparently the slight increase to complexity in vote counting every 5 years would cost so much money (let's spend it on the NHS instead!) that presumably babies like it would die. I bet a lot of Brexiteers cut their teeth in that referendum.

Shock new poll confirms Reform lead over Tories despite Farage’s Putin comments
Nigel Farage’s comments about Putin and Ukraine do not appear to have dented Reform’s popularity according to a major new poll of 10,000 voters
According to the Redfield and Wilton survey of 10,000 voters polled after Nigel Farage made his comments blaming the west for Vladimir Putin’s invasion of Ukraine, his Reform UK are one point ahead of the Tories both unchanged on 19 percent and 18 percent.

Not hugely surprising but it will put an upper limit on the support that will migrate across from the Tories, given the scumbag/traitorous nature of the comments and the emerging theme across a few Reform candidates. Would definitely make me less likely to vote for them.Originally posted by Fraidycat View PostShock new poll confirms Reform lead over Tories despite Farage’s Putin comments

I suspect Reform are being under represented in the Polls. Will beat the tories by a bigger margin in the GE, something like 4 or 5% more in the popular vote.Originally posted by jamesbrown View Post
