    It seems that if someone lies during their asylum application and are found out, they can have refugee status rescinded. But how about even if they didn't lie, but it was a pillar of their case and no longer true, they lose it?

    To make it a little less fascist - only investigate if they've been accused of a serious crime.

            Not sure any solution in the Pinochet box of tricks is ever likely to be appropriate.

                    I suspect the drugs he had taken had wore off.
