Nope, a certain "Alan Michael Ritchson" who apparently "began his modeling career in the Abercrombie & Fitch catalogue.".

Also if "Reacher" was genuinely to have a physique that bulked out he'd spend more time in the gym than "thumbing" his rides around the USA.

In going from Cruise to Ritchson they've gone from one ridiculous extreme (short arse) to another (mincing bulked out gym jock). I suppose one explanation for Ritchson's awkward gait could be the fact that his co-stars can't keep up with his "normal" pace so he must shorten his stride which comes awkwardly for him.

            Yep

Its got Lexa Doig and Michael Shanks (in one episode so far)

            https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0512269/

I suspect it will lose momentum, Stargate did eventually. Dr Who did. Lexx went off the nutty board straight into the sharks.

It went tits up when the suits got rid of Robert Hewitt Wolfe, the guy who actually had a plan for the series.

By S5 all hope was lost & it was a case of hoping it would die before you did.

So saying, I watched it to the end, being a completist. The ladies were inneresting.

One poor sod became allergic to the makeup & that was the end of that character.

Watched "Black Box" on iPlayer last night. It's a French (with subtitles) film from 2021 about a plane crash. If you've got a couple of hours spare, I'd say it's worth a watch.

I notice there's a new TV series on Amazon - Mr & Mrs Smith - starting on 2 Feb. Looks like it might be either half decent or absolutely rubbish.

Well as the casting is Netflix inclusive we don't have Bradgalina ruining it so maybe it will be more Jack Ryan "No Remorse" than "Jack Reacher - half stack"

Also on Amazon Prime (well, FeeVee really, but via the Amazon Prime app): "Bosch: Legacy" an excellent continuation of the "Bosch" series. Would recommend.

"Reacher" Season 2 finale was poor. They really overplayed their hand with this one. High hopes for a season 3 however.

"Bosch: Legacy" Season 1 finale was similarly weak. No spoilers, but CSI: Las Vegas did it better. Now onto Season 2... and it's very good so far.
