    It was always going to go-ahead. The tulip show was just to get people to buy into it. The worrying thing is that I believe all of these charges will come into play, ULEZ, Congestion Charging and the final addition will be road charging.

      Road charging is coming otherwise they have to think of another way to tax everyone.

        I lived in London for over 30 years. Most of the air pollution is due to lorries bringing in building materials or food/clothing. Charging ordinary workers is not going to solve anything and the worst air quality is down in the tube.

        If you think this is going to fix anything you are retarded.
