It is UK PLC moving forward joining a growing market with 500 million people not talking about being prevented from doing it by being a member of the EU oddly a shrinking market with 500 million people.

• A market whose closest member to the UK is thousands of miles away, not literally on our doorstep (OK-ish for remotely provided services, although the timezone difference will be a hurdle, not so great for goods)
• A market where decisions are made in secret courts with no public scrutiny, an issue the EU very sensibly objected to in TTIP
• A market where we have to be bound by its rules, rather like another market we were in not so long ago

But on the upside, a possible increase of nearly 0.1% in GDP. Ah, those sunlit uplands!
