Went to Gone Wild music festival a few years ago. Its was on the bbc/in the papers at the time because it was such a shambles. Complete disaster. So I (And loads of others) asked for a refund. NOPE.

So took the organisers to small claims. Tried every trick in the book. Some really nasty tactics.

In the end I got a judgement and they got a CCJ. Still took ages to get them to pay - a year all told.

Yesterday I got a whiney email from the guy - apparently the CCJ wasn't removed when they paid (I guess it should have been) and can I email someone to help him get it removed?

Ummmm, I might have time around xmas 2024 I think.
