And to save on hair cuts I bought some clippers from Argos (from the pet section as they were cheaper than the human section for exactly the same clippers!).

When £14.99 clippers went up to over £100 at the start of the first lockdown, I started using our Maine Coon's cat clippers. 3mm all over and job's a good un. It was a bit tricky at first but I'm alright miaow.
