No, you'll find they have progressed now - they have a Queen and Yes tribute act sung in the thom yorkie stle.
I got a ticket to see them in Antwerp just before xmas and I sat there like an old git thinking "is this what we fought the punk wars for so that a bunch of bumpkins can start pomping it up again dribbling on about aliens and black holes?"
Still, they did make a good racket.
Muse are nothing like Yes, unless you've taken some very strong drugs (which is the only time Yes sound good anyway )
i stood next to James Bradfield at the bar at the onsite nighclub at the reading festival circa 1993. He was drinking a bottle of brown ale, he's almost too wee, must be no more than 5' 5 he was with that fella that went missing, the bloke that died out of EMF was the DJ.
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

The manics were the last band I could say I was a 'real fan' , must've seen em ten times. I saw them on that holy bible tour in Glasgow, cracking cover of pennyroyal tea.
I bought there last album though and couldn't even bring myself to listen to it twice. Still most bands would kill to write something like motorcycle emptiness, revol, faster and everything must go.
Hated all of it. Even Yes, which was the best of the bunch, but nothing particularly extraordinary.
Oh well, I tried. But then I don't really know what your taste is to start with.
Have you tried http://www.last.fm ? You need to build up your profile with stuff you already listen to, then switch the player into "discovery" mode to play similar music to what you already have. I've discovered a few new things on there.
