They'll have to call lockdown at 20k in hospital car parks, so that's 2 weeks from now max.
As you have missed the temp wards being built in the car parks.
Italy will look organized in comparison

I never quite understood why the flu, a nasty and dangerous respiratory virus that kills thousands a year and infects us on average once every 10 years, is used as the yardstick for how bad or not covid is. If we had a pandemic flu now (i.e. a flu to which there is no existing immunity in the community) and it was projected to infect 60% of the population within a month, then we would (or should) be in full on panic mode.Comment

It is scandalous that flu was killing tens of thousands every year and it was business as usual.Comment

If children were dying or being injured in large numbers from Covid or flu then people's attitudes would be different. (See polio or actual flu pandemics as a reference)"You’re just a bad memory who doesn’t know when to go away" JRComment
