May not this one, but a lot of power-wash adverts are fake or setup to make them look efficient.

The guy doing his car at about 3:15 made me wince though. It might clean the dirt of but he's effectively sandblasting his car as the dirt mixes with the jet wash and grinds his paintwork away.

Be careful using a power washer on your car if you have any stone chips in the lacquer. Unless you fancy a peeled look.
