Seems like a no brainer and that's what she is asking for - keep court order, but remove father from control, not ******* unreasonable is it? Plus if she could address court herself, that clearly shows she is in at least ok mind.

She had a breakdown. Lots of people have breakdowns but very few have them so glaringly in the public eye.

I don't think any form of conservatorship is necessary. Support, yes, but not total control over her entire life.

First i felt really bad for her, but then i read Spears already has two kids, so I dont feel as bad for her anymore, although it is still a horrible thing they are doing to her.

How many kids she already has is surely irrelevant? She's still of child bearing age and is a long term relationship and wants to have more kids with her current partner.

Why does she need a guardian at all. Is it because she is rich and has money that people think needs protecting? There will be plenty poor americans out there far worse than she is, but they aren't controlled.
