The stuff that happens to PC does happen to us all at some point (granted not with such regularity, which, initself speaks volumes). It's just that PC has zero class so feels compelled to splurge his stupidity at any opportunity. Any reasonable person would realise no one cares and would understand how ridiculous it makes them look constantly sharing their stories of rank stupidity.

Makes a few of real people and lots of sockies on here feel better, no?
The 10% rule is a falisy. There is some guidance around it to be applied in some cases but it's highly discretionary and doesn't apply to the roadside camera companys. If the police are on a zero tolerence exercise due to a high incident rate you are gonna get prosectuted for 2mph over, not 10%.
Relying on 10% and setting your speed accordingly is just pot luck.
Yep, I disputed a fine for doing 31 in a 30 and it cost me £350 by taking it to court. I was also done for 76 in a 70 on a motorway.

NIP has a time limit (14 days from memory) - seems like Enterprise mucked that up.
The police have 14 days to get the NIP out to the registered owner - which would be enterprise.
Enterprise are then obliged to tell the police about who was driving. I'm not sure what the time limit is for this. Whether they did or not? Who knows?
If they didn't then great, fine for them and I get off.
As I said, I only found out I'd got a ticket accidentally, and because I chased them about the £35. Point is they're fannying around....
