Everyone knows there is only two places you can speed in the UK.
M40 towards London on a Sunday evening. No matter how fast someone will pass you.
And the Birmingham expressway (M6 TOLL) Just be careful around Norton Canes as plod sit on the bridge with a laser.

You could both lie it was not you and make the charge a whole lot worse like a Lib Dem MP once did.

NIP has a time limit (14 days from memory) - seems like Enterprise mucked that up.

          Looks like it.

Never had a speeding ticket in the UK. Considering the miles I do at times is short of a miracle. Not saying I speed excessively but very easy to stray into the wrong speed at times.

In Wales they I was warned they do you well within the 10% margin of error.

Near Wales depending on the day and time of day there are lots of speed traps.

I thought you could do everywhere +10% of speed limit (on gps not dashboard) everywhere. Also I am applying it on motorway only so 70mph+10% by default most of the time, about 85 on dashboars. Maybe I am wrong but did not get a ticket either so far…

In city or anywhere else, there is no rush anyway. NO permi mindset here LOL.

The 10% rule is a falisy. There is some guidance around it to be applied in some cases but it's highly discretionary and doesn't apply to the roadside camera companys. If the police are on a zero tolerence exercise due to a high incident rate you are gonna get prosectuted for 2mph over, not 10%.

Relying on 10% and setting your speed accordingly is just pot luck.

The stuff that happens to PC does happen to us all at some point (granted not with such regularity, which, initself speaks volumes). It's just that PC has zero class so feels compelled to splurge his stupidity at any opportunity. Any reasonable person would realise no one cares and would understand how ridiculous it makes them look constantly sharing their stories of rank stupidity.

My money is on both, although looking at his stories most of them are by his own hand and not luck.

M40 at any time but only on the Thames Valley Constabulary section.
Warwickshire police have stepped up on their patch. Watch yourself around warwick services and around J14
