Tom Wallace is right - it makes no difference.

Inside IR35 means 99.9995% of the time you are working via an umbrella company so your employment rights are provided by that umbrella company.

The Uber ruling is concerned with the difference between being self employed and being a worker.

We are never self employed in the way an uber driver is we work either via our own PSC (who are our employer) or an umbrella company (who equally are our employer).

            Willing?

They were ordered by the Supreme Court to do so - clock starts when drivers sign in, but Uber totally ignores this and is “willing” yo pay from the moment passenger sits in or something like that, so waiting for job is not work.

            Contempt of court really here.

Well I am sure the court will want to resolve that soon. Couldn't happen to a nicer bunch!

                Like in 5-7 years?

Hopefully claimants will file for contempt of court proceedings today
