    Bourbon recommendations?

I'm much more a whisky guy but sometimes the sweeter taste of bourbon hits the spot. But I have no reference beyond Jack Daniels and a bottle of gentlemen Jack once which wasn't bad.

Anyone got any recommendations for a sipping whiskey? Where is Jack rated... Is it the Bells of bourbon or not so bad?

Jack Daniels is my usual tipple on a night out but Woodfords Reserve is a nicer drink if they stock it.

Anything from the Jim Beam "small batch" brand is a safe bet. Basil Hayden's on the light end, Knob Creek on the full-bodied end and Maker's Mark somewhere in between.

                    Thanks lads

Now I just need to get one of those globe drinks cabinets... My parents got rid of theirs ?.

I need to look up some good whiskey cocktails too.
