Even when the borders were closed within Europe, it was only to non-commercial traffic. So Boris is right - a complete border closure can't be done. But he's nonetheless being a bit disingenuous. As ever.

There are virtue signallers in every neighbour hood. We had a few as well but finding a pentagram painted on their doors when they woke up fixed it I think.
