    Absolutely, and just fixing the proximate cause, namely the creaky, rackety, barely functional, wide open to abuse postal voting system, would be a start.

      True, but If the alleged abuse of the postal voting system turned out to be a lie then there would be nothing to fix.

        One way of fixing the dissatisfaction would be to convict anyone making fraudulent claims about election fraud and barring them from holding public office in the future.

              Even if it was all handled impeccably correctly, the very fact that so many people believe it was abused is the problem.

              It should be like Caesar's wife, "above suspicion".

                It pretty much was and had been tested several times over recent years (G W Bush was the latest) until a delusional sitting president decided to launch a completely specious campaign that it was fixed.
