I have been following it. Every single day. It's like watching a slow motion car crash. America should be ashamed of itself and Trump and his enablers should be locked up for bringing a nation into disrepute.

Soooooo, you've followed it enough to quote all the bonkers conspiracy theories but not enough to read that each one has been kicked out by the US courts (courts that, if you read a little bit more, are packed with Trump's republican judges).

I take it your brain is huge, but just full of air

I checked and the Republicans just won a case and examined some ballots and proved that votes have been switched.

So, now that the facts have been established and we know that the election was fraudulent what should we do? Just give it to Biden to make up for the one they stole from Al?

You need to prove that enough votes were affected to materially change results in multiple states, it’s not Florida 2000 when in one state 500 votes changed the end results

Also quote a link to support that supposed court “win”

Do they though? If the election is fraudulent then the procedure is that the delegates to the electoral college are either replaced or not sent. Then neither candidate wins that vote and it’s decided by congress where the Republicans have the majority of states.

You seem keen on following the law, so I suppose you’d be in favour of that?

                  OK. Let’s assume the former.

Is what is said wrong in any way? I read that if the election in a state is disputed then the state legislation can choose the electors to send, the VP chooses which ones to accept, and if no one gets a majority then it goes to congress to decide.

Enough that certified results for Biden to have 270 electoral votes, Trump challenged everywhere he could and lost overall - not for the lack of trying or lack of finance.

Which part of that you don’t get?

The bit where you said he had to prove that enough votes were stolen (or added) to Change the results. I think the law says that the results just have to be contested, not proven. Then it’s decided by Congress. They could pick either trump or Biden (or my preference, Kanye) depending on the evidence, their party affiliation or whatever.
