Betting on the US election - good deals?

A friend likes to challenge people to put their money where their mouth is and place bets on things.

I thought I might take him up but I know there's often crazy sign-up deals on betting sites. Anyone know of any that are applicable to bet on Biden/Trump?

And you don't get the stake back with those, so short-odds bets aren't worth it.
