He's certainly been sacked a lot.

Oddly enough, only sometimes for lying.

Unless he's lying about what the other reasons were.

So if it was Serco that was processing the results of the test/s using excel.

What information was contained in that data set?

I am assuming person name, nhs number, dob, test result, dates etc. What else.

And where in the world did it go? I hope it stayed in the UK? SC cleared personnel.

I think maybe a public enquiry might help.

        Complete ##### mess.

          My guess:

          First name
          Surname
          DoB
          Gender
          Mobile phone no.
          Possibly address
          NHS No
          Other random IDs
          Request date
          Requesting clinician
          Location of care if relevant
          Test date
          Test location
          Laboratory ID
          Result date
          Result

Lose a government laptop with a spreadsheet on it with people's names and addresses and find out.

The land registry download is a 3.7 gig CSV.

It's a delight to work with a flat file that size.
