Fake News....it's all a publicity stunt due to his falling poll numbers prior to an election. He'll either (a) suddenly recover to prove that CV-19 is no big deal or (b) take some miracle drug such as injecting bleach to show he was correct all along or (c) say that the election needs to be postponed (preferably for another 8 years).
