When The Glorious Leader announces that the Press can write any articles they like, no matter how critical of The Regime, but prevents them being printed or available on-line or any other media, that's alright. The Press is still free! What a relief.

I'd say the last decade has shown that not to work, having dialogue and exposing it seems to be a much better approach, you might actually convince a few of them (vs. shouting them down).
