I have similar problems on my land; I normally drive there once a week. When rubbish is dumped on private land, it's the land owners responsibility. I do have stealth cameras but the local authority will not prosecute for dumping on private land. Sometimes there is an envelope or receipt in the rubbish in which case I take the rubbish back to the address and dump it at there front door and ring their bell.
