Those aren't parrots (Psittacoidea) , they're cockatoos (Cacatuidae), although they all belong to the order Psittaciformes

Similarly those white thugs aren't patriots , they are only interested in their own small subset of the UK's inhabitants. PAtriots support the whole country.

And by crest, that means a group of feathers on the top of the head that can be raised rather than a passive tuft. As the birds in the OP are happily demonstrating.
