It won't be different.

If immunity exists, it will be in the short term, I'm afraid that we will have this one on and off for good.

Flu isn’t caused by coronaviruses (AFAIK)

Vaccine is now ££££££ deal, even if one would need to take tulip every 3 months

But Coronavirus has already produced multiple mutations, so it will be as useless as the flu jab, in the long term?

Lots of mutations but very small difference according to people who sequence genes, which is good news

Your knowledge is incorrect. If you catch a cold caused by a specific coronavirus, you are immune to that virus until/unless it mutates significantly, so usually several years at least. However, there are over 200 common cold viruses. Most adults catch 2-3 common colds a year.

Correct. They're caused by HxNy viruses (aka 'flu viruses), where x goes from 1-10 and y goes from 1-7 for type A. There's also type B and C, but A is the biggy as far as humans are concerned..

Small differences so far, apparently - good for vaccines, bad for hope that mutation will make it easier to handle
