This is all just media hype - remember?

        The equality of man

We have no destiny assigned us:
Nothing is certain but the body; we plan
To better ourselves; the hospitals alone remind us
        Of the equality of man.

        WH Auden

We moved a few years ago out of London and to a village; no family in the area and no close friends. In our private road we're the youngest by over 20 years I'm normally out shopping for them! If the virus comes to our village it'll wipe out most of the inhabitants

It's no good being safe when you've got no income and nothing to eat The press and the whingers need to start being supportive rather than disruptive with their scare mongering It'll be back next year and the year after and following that a new bug will take over
What I find funny (but not in the ha ha kind of way) is the same press that pushed a certain way in the 2016 vote, with the argument that we are strong, stoic, blitz spirited Brits, are the same ones now all in a panic and scaremongering. Not seeing much of the blitz spirit in the brits at the moment - more like, every man for himself and fook the rest

                Just a thought...

With all these cruises being cancelled why not berth the ships offshore and use them as modern day plague ships for infected people?

Be morbid, keep track: Coronavirus Update (Live): 168,945 Cases and 6,492 Deaths from COVID-19 Virus Outbreak - Worldometer

Some interesting figures there, for example, if you look at Germany, it has many more cases than the UK, France and the USA yet fewer deaths. There is also a country called Eswatini which I have never heard of
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
