As hard as it must be for them, the industry needs a good shake up. For years now the service offered to customers has been eroded, economy class has been divided into different sub-classes and underclasses, fees have been added for all kinds of silly things, like being able to sit next to your partner and children.Originally posted by ladymuck View PostAviation as we know it is coming to an end.
