Looks like Brexit is going bugger things up massively and that will need a lot of contractors to sort out; IR35 madness is coming to its peak; Corona virus pandemic means we get to work from home (if we get the work).

    Looking good people!

but seriously, the past couple of months have been terrible. Surely we only have a couple more weeks of this tulipshow before it gets better..... unless the Corona virus kills a lot of people.

I usually get 3 to 5 calls a day from agencies (this is my metric of a good day on the bench). The last 2 months were dead and I was lucky to get one call.

I am on now 2 or 3 calls a day.

Light at the end of the tunnel and all that.

If it's South Western, don't worry, by the time it gets to you it'll be a replacement bus service...

                Q. how are you still on the bench if you're getting 3 - 5 calls a day off agencies (or 2-3 for that matter)?

Yep, all that crap going on and people want to argue about the colour of a passport.

I look forward to your all knowing and likely sarcastic and unhelpful reply.
