I am on a couple of really useful FB groups so can't quit. Have unfollowed all the annoying people I.e. absolutely EVERYONE....and only see updates from the groups. Sorted.Practically perfect in every way....there's a time and (more importantly) a place for malarkey.

I use it quite a lot now, mostly for Amazon selling groups though where everyone is like minded.
