This question is really aimed at the mods, but there is a distinct lack of women on CUK.

What are you doing to increase diversity?

I noticed almost all of the mods are men, white privileged men. This doesn't reflect society.

So what you doing about this mods?

Why don'y you identify as female to make sure CUK reaches its quota?

Though if you are female and single, expect your PM message box to be overflowing with date requests. And smutty comments in public. I would not say that CUK male posters have an emotional intelligence age of 15, It is less than that.
