        under UK law it is innocent until proven guilty so proof is only proven in a court of law. That is why media outlets use the words accused until a verdict is returned.

        However if you look at the law and the facts published she appears guilty in my opinion.

                      Was she asked to leave by the owner? Did Mr Field have any authority on behalf of the owner to evict the person?
