It came into the public sector but Doctors are still working outside of IR35..... A lot can happen between now and then we we will see what solutions are offered up.

Can't see how that might make any difference. Clients won't want to touch us with a sh!tty stick, with all that extra legwork, so we're permies or toast. At least that choice is ours...

More work for the agencies, I suspect a few of them will be setting up their own brolly companies and steering contractors towards them. Assuming this isn't already happening.
Still plenty of outside gigs in the public sector so not sure if this is all going to be as bad as some are thinking.
For now, HMRC are looking at these with interest and asking for details of those deemed outside. The writing is on the wall, they will cajole, harass and bully until they get the result they want, everyone on PAYE.
