No-one clearly put in the requirements what language the error messages should be in.

One thing when you are working with international teams is to state clearly what language documentation, error messages, etc should be in. And even stating English isn't often enough you need to state what dialects of English are acceptable.

Seems it's not just on-line. A TSB branch manager has reported the internal systems are crashing as well.

Truly horrific. But maybe steering groups will think twice before recklessly pressing the GO button in the future.

Always have more than one personal bank account with a different bank. If they feck up you have another account you can use to feed yourself and do other basic things.
