People who mill around in front of the coffee making facilities holding conversations amongst themselves and block your access to the coffee,sugar,kettle,crockery,cutlery,milk necessitating an "excuse me please" from you each time you wish to access each item in that list. A request, I might add, that doesn't seem to be fully fulfilled most of the time because I still find myself ducking and diving even when I've asked them politely to get the feck out of the way
