So far the £700million he set aside for preparations about something ...has been increased by £3billion as it looks like they weren't prepared for it and now they are in full panic mode. Money will come from the magic money tree, I suspect, or small businesses.

And the OBR has said that growth in the economy will slow down for the next 3 years.

In March they said 2% growth in 2017, that has been changed to 1.5%
Next year it's revised down to 1.4% and then 1.3% the following 2 years.
