My main reason is my belief that climate change needs to be addressed, and it can only effectively be addressed by concerted action across governments by regulations and rulings such as the EU provides.
I also want the ease of travelling to and from Europe and the right to health care when I'm there, and the right to retire elsewhere in the EU if I want.
I enjoy the cultural diversity which membership of the EU has encouraged.
I am very concerned about the adequate staffing of our health service after leaving the EU.
I am worried about the UK's level of dependency on other countries for food and the combined impact on our agricultural industry as well as putting ourselves at the back of the queue should extreme weather cause significant shortages (Jay Rayner's paper summarises this risk very well, if anyone is actually interested).
I want my children to have the right to live and work in the other countries in the EU.
I believe we'll end up having to adhere to EU safety standards after leaving (those creating products will want to be able to sell them into the EU) but that we won't have any say into those same standards.
Oh, and the economy. Because even saying "ignoring economics", this is going to have an impact on jobs, employment conditions, and government revenue and thus spending which really can't be ignored.
