Took my mate into a walk in centre on Sunday as he had experienced pain in his hand for a week or so. They asked him to fill in a survey. He said "How can I do that now? I've only just got in, I'll fill it in when we finish".

I don't mind these four buttons that I have seen in several shops and also at Heathrow T3 security. I agree the satisfaction forms and/or review for every transaction are getting very annoying.

So give them 1 and it's assisting them find a better job even if they don't appreciate it at the time.

I believe the same is true of CUK mods. So far, only 1 mod failed to get a 10.....
