hyperD, you have let both yourself and your house down. Shame on you. I expect you to reflect on the futility of your offence as you write me a 500 word essay on life inside a ping pog ball.

IMPORTANT: Please note that BMI is not as accurate if you are an athlete or very muscled (muscle weighs more than fat), as it can push you into a higher BMI category despite having a healthy level of body fat.

(Did you go to my school...!?!)

I am ashamed LB. I have let the CUK top cuisinary echelon down with such ashamed behaviour. I shall forthwith purchase a fine bottle of Aberlour 21 Year Old.

I’m supposed to be having a day off but I can see the wife switching into full shopping mode. Curses! And there I was going for a cycle ride, brief pint in the local, reading the paper, bit of editing of my custom DM-Goatswood map... oh well...
If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers.

Muscle Does Not Weigh More Than Fat
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

            Oh yes it does!

A pound of Fat weighs more than half a pound of muscle!

Surely it does? I suppose it depends how fat you are

Erk, that brings back memories - you didn't go to a grammar school in the North East by any chance?

It's an urban myth, think about it, 1 pound of muscle weighs 1 pound, 1 pound of fat weighs 1 pound.

The point is you can be the same height and BMI as someone who is fat, but you could look fairly lean. It's best to take you BMI and also check how much fat you have around the waist and under arm via a caliper.

It's OK saying BMI is crap but if you have rolls of fat, you are fat!

Can you pinch more than an inch , you fat feckers?

Erm... I meant the muscle is denser than Fat, so by volume, muscule is heavier, but I see your point. That must explain the vast discrepancy between this result and the one I had when BMI was measured with little wires sellotaped all over me.
