Make sure you post up on Pepipoo. There are a couple of bods on there that have ttaken a while to crack this nut and now DVLA and the PPC's are on the back foot, they need more ammo to take down the big players (and the DVLA practices).

Maybe some of your "famous friends" might even have time to put a word in to the JudgeOriginally posted by NorthWestPerm2Contr View PostBelieve me - I'm going to go after them with everything I've got. 2 court cases on going and planning an addition 1 or 2.

IR35 status a bit shaky - no substitution, etc. Hardly worth itOriginally posted by DimPrawn View PostThat sounds like a brilliant idea!
Park there every day, £1000 win on each court case, this could be your new career. Go for it!

seems its where an agent decides to profit by suing beyond their agreed involvement.
e.g. you park badly scumbag ltd give you a ticket & pursue that on behalf of the Landlord as agreed, they then decide you blocked the Landlord's entrance so scumbag ltd decide to sue you for that despite having no actual legal interest in it.
Like the DPA one neat, lets hope that works.Comment
