I don't know whether he's a joke or whether he's dangerous. I'm sure the US authorities will fight against any of his outlandish ideas, as the courts have against the travel ban. And I'm pretty sure he wouldn't be able to fire off the nukes even if he wanted to, unless the US had actually been attacked first.
Either way, it's riveting stuff watching him squirm when the reporters point out his factual mistakes, like the EC vote claims. "So Mr President, someone in your administration is providing you with incorrect figures. Are you doing anything about that?".
