I can just about believe £25000 a month on wine.

But what surpasses all comprehension and defies the imagination is £2,500,000 to fire some ashes out of a cannon!

(I mean not that it isn't a jolly caper and a good idea, but how it could conceivably cost so much. It's like spending two million on a carton of goat's milk.)
