    It seems pretty clear that catch-up TV only requires a license on iPlayer. But live TV requires the license regardless of how you consume it.
    So apply your learning to Channel 4 live.

        No TV licence then no BBC radio and no BBC website.

        But tulip if you live in a rural area where commercial radio has decided it's not worth having a station.
