    Think about it.

Even this one is 20% 5 arrests 1 death. Unless 20% is deemed to be high. It wasn't an assassination, and if the officer erred on the side of caution in favour of his own and colleagues lives then so be it if you are an armed drug dealer.
Was he a proven drug dealer? Was he ever caught in possession of arms (I've no idea, obviously you say he was).

You can't shoot people on here-say, copper or not.

He wasn't shot for being a drug dealer, there was a firm intelligence of a firearm in the car and he give the officer enough reason to shoot him. His two passengers were not shot so will be very valuable witnesses especially if the officer shot him out of hand as you seem to think.

Yeah it's all about getting jobs. What goes around comes around.

All the Brits that are working in bars, pubs, coffee shops, etc... In Portugal without speaking Portuguese, please pack your things and f***k off.

Not good enough I'm afraid. But let's see what transpires....

If the Portuguese Government wish to enforce that then it appears they are entitled to within the EU framework as the Germans & Swiss do.

I have no objection, why are there any jobs for the Brits to do I thought you had high unemployment?

We want to do it regardless.

Because the owners are British and they don't give a tulip about Portugal unemployment, they prefer to hire their friends. Worse than that, I almost lost my temper when I discover that I needed to speak English in my own country to order a drink.

When this become more visible and abusive probably the Gov shall enforce it.
In the past Portugal Gov had to enforce to have a Portuguese menu in the restaurants because some years ago the restaurants in Algarve only had English menu, but I’m afraid it’s becoming a mess again.

              This one is worse.

There is a part of Spain where the Germans like to go (I don't remember where) they have business there like discos and bars and the Spanish are blocked at the entrance.

I always suspect when the countries are very rigorous or became very rigorous, they are likely the ones who don't respect the others.

Starting to see why we are a bit pissed off now? If all you are bothered about is buying a drink in English you've got it easy.

I don't get it why you are so pissed if the Brits do the same thing.
I'm wondering if you need to speak other language in your country when you want to buy something.

You don't get it as usual

You couldn't have it more wrong. You are comparing the annoyance of ordering a drink in the common language across Europe against all the immigration problems we face. When your towns have no go areas then you can chirp up. Jesus.
