If you sell your UK property, it's not, no. (edited: well actually it is, only down south is the average property 500k)
But how many could do that with no language skills and no opportunity to work virtually from home?

I'm talking having a foot in both camps. The vast majority don't have half a million spare.

Oh and I don't think it includes health care, you'll have to get your own private policy ...

So we get freedom of trade and movement within the EU but they're not allowed into the UK?

AND we get to use the EU gate at airports?

Good if it's true, but surely this greatly weakens the EU's negotiating position with the UK as then May & co. don't even have to pretend to care about the interests of British citizens when arguing for an end to freedom of movement from outside.

And how do we get to vote in the European Parliament if the UK no longer has MEPs?
Will work inside IR35. Or for food.

I always thought the EU Commission comprised of a bunch of incompetent retards, but if they can get the people who we don't want, and half of whom don't live here to pay them to be a member of a basket case, then respect is due.

Actually make that a large fee. We don't want the riff-raff spoiling our European retirement.
1000 pounds a month per person should be fine ...
                    What, 3 Francs?

Any EU citizenship should include individuals making a public declaration to allegiance of the EU and its principles thus (hopefully) excluding those who wanted Brexit.
